I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from USA based in Panchkula, Haryana. I have done my Masters in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics from San Jose State University, San Jose, CA (USA).I am a Bachelor’s and a Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from Punjab University. I have myself achieved a personal transformation in my health and wellness by following an evidence based nutrition approach.

Iam a Registered Dietician and Senior Clinical Nutrition Consultant. Iam passionate about helping people to make changes to their diets and eating habits to improve symptoms and health outcomes. I had a long-term goal to connect to outreach clinics and local hospitals, Dialysis clinics etc., who do not have Nutrition services and collaborate with them to provide nutrition support to patients as per their requirements.
I worked as a Chief Nutrition Consultant and Cluster Head, Nutrition and Dietetics Dept at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, Bengaluru.I was a Former Lead Dietician and H.O.D, Nutrition Dept at Manipal Hospital, Bengaluru. My areas of expertise include Paediatric Nutrition specialities like Type.1 Diabetes management with Basic and advanced carbohydrate counting, Ketogenic diets in children with Refractory epilepsies, Child hood epilepsies, Childhood Adolescent Obesity, Failure to thrive and Rare disorders in children. Iam experienced in Nutrition Management of GDM, Type.2 Diabetes, Obesity and Critical care in adults.
